Eric is co-owner and managing partner of Diffenbaugh Wadel Inc. He has over 35 years of experience in boundary, topographic, and construction surveys; along with extensive knowledge of the subdivision/land development and DEP planning procedures. Part of his time is used to mentor and advise employees so that they can advance their professional careers.
Michael L. Wadel, PE

Michael is co-owner of Diffenbaugh Wadel Inc and is a Professional Engineer and Surveyor in Training in Pennsylvania. Michael has extensive experience in stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, NPDES permitting and subdivision/land development. He is also responsible for stream obstruction and encroachment permits, sewer and waterline design, FEMA flood hazard applications/certificates, and alternative sewage systems (i.e. small flow treatment facilities, spray irrigation systems,). Additional experience includes construction stakeout, construction cost estimating, and PennDOT plans and applications.
Michael, a Pennsylvania State University graduate, resides in Shippensburg, PA with his wife Corrie and his Alexander. He enjoys camping and hiking and loves to watch football in the fall. He serves on the Board of Trustees and the building committee at Trinity UMC in Walnut Bottom, PA. A retired First Sergeant, Michael served for over 24 years in the Pennsylvania National Guard and was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2008/2009.
Joshua B. Mell, PLS

Joshua has been with Diffenbaugh Wadel Inc since 2008 and his surveying experience extends back to 1998. He is a Professional Land Surveyor and also works as a CADD Technician. He performs property boundary, topographic and subdivision surveys, ALTA surveys, construction layout, on-lot septic system design, deed research, and legal description preparation. He is also responsible for preparing D.E.P. sewage planning modules as well as erosion and sedimentation control plans and reports.
Joshua, who resides in Newville, PA with his wife and their two children, enjoys football, baseball, basketball and hunting in his time away from work. He also volunteers as both a football and a baseball coach with local little league teams.
